A synthetic peptide fragment of thymosin beta-4, studied for its role in tissue repair, anti-inflammation, and cell migration.
Mechanism of Action
TB-500 promotes cell migration by sequestering G-actin and promoting actin polymerization, which is essential for cell motility and wound healing. It upregulates anti-inflammatory cytokines, reduces oxidative stress, promotes angiogenesis, and has been shown to activate cardiac progenitor cells. It also reduces scar formation by downregulating myofibroblast differentiation.

Dosage Range
Subcutaneous research doses: 2-5 mg twice weekly in animal models. Loading protocols may use higher frequency initially.
